This site presents ProxyTags and lets you reserve a spot among the first merchants. It is not an online sales platform — no payment is processed on this site at this time.

The ProxyTags service

Once available, ProxyTags will be offered to merchants on a monthly subscription, according to the plans shown on the homepage, plus a one-time installation fee. The subscription gives access to the merchant dashboard, the physical tag/QR, and the loyalty program for your customers. Exact terms (commitment period, cancellation policy, billing) will be communicated before any paid sign-up.

Billing and cancellation [to confirm]

The subscription is billed monthly, by card, through our payment processor. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your merchant dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refund for the period already underway. The one-time installation fee is non-refundable once the tag/QR has been activated.

Merchant responsibilities [to confirm]

As a merchant, you are solely responsible for the content of the marketing messages sent to your customers through ProxyTags (text, offers, rewards). This content must not be illegal, misleading, or offensive, and must comply with applicable commercial communication laws. ProxyTags reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account whose content violates this rule, with notice where the situation allows.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, visuals, ProxyTags brand) belongs to Zivops and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability [to confirm]

ProxyTags is provided "as is," with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, Zivops shall not be liable for indirect losses (loss of sales, customers, or data) arising from the use or unavailability of the service.

Termination [to confirm]

Zivops may suspend or terminate a merchant's access in the event of non-payment or violation of these terms. The merchant may terminate their subscription at any time; termination ends the collection of new data through their tag, without affecting obligations already in progress (prior billing, data deletion requests already submitted).
